Fabulous villa for both families and group of friends - 5*****

We have been going to the Binibeca area since 2007 staying in various villas and Bini Akachum is by far the best of them. Carolina and her family provide a perfect booking process with prompt responses to all queries up to and including our stays in Binibeca. All the essentials are provided along with a generous welcome back ensuring that your holiday starts the moment you arrive. The kitchen is very well equipped including 2 large fridge/freezers. The main feature of the villa is the well-appointed vast lounge/dining area with double door windows that open in all directions allowing cool breezes during the day without the need for air conditioning to be turned on. The 4 bedrooms are all ensuite, well stocked and with doors to a patio/pool area with waterfall feature. There is further seating in the front of the villa hence good choice of sun or shade throughout the day. There are excellent uninterrupted panoramic views of the sea at the front including great sunsets along the coast. Bini Akachum is one of the closest villas to the best beach in the area (200m / 2-3 mins walk). There are good local supermarkets (nearest one 5 mins walk) all well stocked, and there is a wide choice of restaurants in walking distance in both directions along the coast. Binibeca is great for airport transfers being only about 20 mins away. There are many other great places to visit nearby including Mahon and it’s port/marina (20 mins). We would recommend this villa and are returning ourselves in 2025.

Fabulous and hugely recommended.
A truly wonderful villa in a superb location. It’s a very large property with all facilities and features you could need on a family holiday. The fenced pool was an absolute winner with our three young children and unusual to find in Spain. The veranda and driveway are also totally secure and safe for toddlers. The air-con made the heat manageable for us all and was a must-have. Mila and Carolina who manage the property were beyond helpful from start to finish, and the welcome messages and generous provisions we were provided with on arrival were just amazing. We arrived from the airport with three very tired, hungry little people and two frazzled parents to find a stocked fridge and a bottle of bubbly waiting on ice for us - magic. Minutes on foot in either direction to little supermarkets, pretty Binibeca old town and the sandy shallow beach. I think you can hear the sea from the villa. We also loved the nearby water park, the Ting Ting train and did lots of day trips around the island. Menorca is classy and cute - Cuitadella is unmissable. We will most certainly be back to Villa Florida! Xxx

Villa was beautiful and incredibly clean. Perfect for families and in walking distance to small shops and restaurants. Hosts have provided everything you could possibly need, lovely thoughtful welcome packs. Gorgeous pool and outside space. Absolutely no ants in this villa, don’t know how they’ve done that!! Hosts answered queries immediately. Very highly recommended- a fantastic experience at Villa Florida

We received the warmest of welcomes when we arrived at the villa. The hosts were extremely helpful before we arrived, answering queries quickly and keeping in contact. The villa is in the most fabulous location overlooking the beach and close to shops and restaurants. It is also conveniently located for the airport and for exploring the island. The villa is spacious with plenty of seating with different views, the living area is comfortable and inviting. The four bedrooms are spacious with good storage and comfortable beds. The kitchen was very well equipped. The pool area and outside space was very well maintained and the kids love the swimming pool with the waterfall. This is an excellent choice for a family villa or to stay with friends. The hosts were so welcoming and there was lots of little touches that made our stay special. We cannot recommend this villa highly enough and will be returning.

Great house. Lots of room for all our family. Great that everyone had an en-suite bathroom. Fantastic location near beaches, restaurants and swimming coves. Hosts were very helpful and left us an amazing welcome pack. Menorca exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be back and will definitely stay here again

We spent a week at this villa with ages from 23 to 84 and everyone had a great time. The situation is great half way between Binibeca Vell and Nue. The views are amazing, the pool is great and the villa is so well equipped.

This house is so lovely with very gracious and welcoming hosts. There are 7 double doors on 3 sides of the house facing the sea. The sea breezes through the large living area are fantastic. There were tons of sitting areas, inside and out. The kitchen is very well stocked. The pool is in great condition. There are 4 full baths. It's an easy stroll down to a lovely beach or out to the rocks to watch the waves crashing. If you are considering this place, I would go for it. We would love to come back.

Steve stayed at Villa Bini Akachum - August 2021 - Binibeca Paradise! - RATED 5*****
From the moment we arrived, we knew we had chosen the right vacation home for our holiday. The home was stocked with a great variety of food and drinks. After a day of travel, this was a welcomed amenity. The property is oceanfront. Beautiful views. We watched sunsets with a glass of cava every night. We grilled most nights on the traditional La Parilla. Most days were spent poolside relaxing. Binibeca is a small and beautiful community. We walked every morning. If we wanted to travel out and see everything the island offers, this was easy with our rental car. We can’t wait to return to Binibeca. We will definitely come back to Carol’s special property in Menorca.

Jonathan stayed at Villa La Florida July 2021 5 out of 5 Wonderful villa and great for kids - rated 5*****
We stayed in La Florida for a week in August, with our two daughters (7 and 1). A great experience from beginning to end. Communication was really quick and friendly before our arrival, and throughout our stay. Villa was immaculate, very clean, and also a lovely and generous welcome pack! It is a perfect villa for kids, being on one level and with the pool fence. Beds are comfy, furniture and furnishings are all good quality. It is in an unbeatable location in Binibeca - so close to the beach and also to the supermarket and various restaurants. We will definitely back. Many thanks to Carolina, Pedro and Mila for their hospitality!

Amazing location and wonderful family hosts
We spent a month at this amazing property in the most perfect location in Binibeca. Carolina and her family were attentive and responsive hosts from the very beginning, responding to all of my questions throughout the booking process and once we arrived and checked in and throughout our stay. They left us an amazing and thoughtful basket of necessities when we arrived after a long international flight. The house is in the absolute perfect location in the beautiful town of Binibeca located within a 2 minute walk to the beach immediately in front of the property, and within a 10 minute walk to all of the amazing restaurants in Binibeca. Our children loved the pool and the large indoor space. We used the well equipped kitchen and BBQ as well, and loved walking out on the rocks to watch the sunset. We will most definitely return as soon as we can!

Just a quick note to say how much we enjoyed saying at your Villa La Florida. The kitchen was well equipped with everything that we needed for self catering. The outside area was fantastic with so many different seating areas. La Florida is close to restaurants, bars and supermarkets.
